Terms & Conditions for Fire Safety Kit
(“we/us/our”) is committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines our procedures and timelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using this Fire Safety Kit, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the product.
2. Proper Use
The items in this Fire Safety Kit are designed for emergency use only. Use them strictly according to the instructions provided in the user manual and on the packaging. Any modification or misuse of the components may compromise the product’s effectiveness and void the warranty.
3. Maintenance and Inspection
Regularly inspect each component to ensure functionality. Follow the maintenance guidelines in the user manual. Replace or recharge fire extinguishers after use, or if indicators show they are not fully charged. Test the Fire Blanket and Emergency Tool as recommended.
4. Limitations of Use
The Fire Safety Kit is intended for initial response to small fires. For large or rapidly spreading fires, evacuate and contact emergency services immediately. Proper use is crucial. Failure to follow instructions may result in injury or property damage.
5. Warranty
The Fire Safety Kit comes with a 3-year limited warranty from the manufacturer, covering defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover misuse or neglect.
6. Insurance
To be eligible for insurance coverage, the user must register themselves with the insurance company. Upon successful registration, the insurance company will provide 3 years of insurance to the registered user, covering damages or losses due to the failure of the kit to perform as intended. Claims must be made within the 3-year period.
7. Storage and Handling
Store the kit in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, extreme temperatures, and chemicals. Ensure it is accessible in an emergency. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
8. Environmental Disposal
Dispose of used or expired components in accordance with local environmental regulations. Do not discard in regular trash.
9. User Responsibility
Users must familiarize themselves with the operation of the kit. Review the manual thoroughly and ensure all users are trained. Ensure the kit remains in good working condition.
10. Liability Disclaimer
The manufacturer and distributor are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect installation. The kit is provided “as is,” and no additional warranties are implied except as required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with the Fire Safety Kit are owned by IMSAFE Safety Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited. The design and technology of the Fire Safety Kit are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12. Updates to Terms and Conditions
The manufacturer may update these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing any changes, which will be communicated via the manufacturer’s website or other means.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the product was manufacturing.
